Dispatchers/OS&D:
Dispatchers are the direct link between our customers
and the field service personnel. Our well-trained staff processes
your request immediately. In a matter of minutes, your request is
in the system, a route is detailed, and a driver is assigned. We're
always in touch with your shipment on the road.

OS&D is responsible for taking claims calls
from drivers and assisting them in the successful resolution of
overages, shortages, and damages.

Human Resources:
The Human Resources Department models leadership
and professionalism and is committed to providing a broad range
of services that recognize both customer and employee as our most
valuable resource. HR is responsible for providing quality service
in the areas of policies and procedures, benefits, compensation,
employment, and training and development.

Accounts Receivable: At Team Brandt we are always
striving to improve our customer experience. Our accounts receivable department
integrates technology and commitment to service with the resources to
handle payments, credit memos and adjustments. Our job is to serve the
customer in effort to streamline the payment process.

Sales Support:
Sales support is ready to answer your questions,
no matter how simple or complex and prides itself in prompt and
professional customer service. The BTL sales support team also assists
our sales reps in the coordination of accounts in their respective
regions. Our sales support department can offer assistance in setting
up and taking advantage of our new and improved E-Tools.
