Employees recognize that Brandt Truck Line is truly a customer driven company. Brandt encourages employees to submit ideas for improving customer service.
A great job by a team member does not go unnoticed. Brandt likes to promote employees from within the company. Brandt also gives awards to our employees. Twenty-two employees earned a Safe Driving Award in 1998! At the 1999 annual meeting, Brandt gave an award for Operations Employee of the Year, and gave four account managers Achievement Awards! Brandt puts the spotlight on team members that do a great job in our monthly newsletter, The Brandt Bugle.
The Brandt Bugle welcomes new teammates, acknowledges service anniversaries, birthdays, and displays family photos of the members of Team Brandt. Brandt Truck Line proudly emphasizes the family operation of our locations.
Brandt hosts special events at the Bloomington locations to show our appreciation to our employees and families. Events have included a summer family picnic, a spring cookout, and more. Our annual meeting to brings all team members together to spend some time socializing and to conduct an informative business session. This event communicates to the entire team a report card on our company's success during the preceding year. Plans for the coming year, discussion of goals, areas targeted for improvement and strategies are shared.
